Abbie Heady, Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2006. Throughout her career she has practiced many modalities, specializing in sports and medial massage. Abbie has worked with many professional athletes helping them achieve their goals as well as alongside many orthopedic surgeons assisting with treatment for patients both pre and post-operative procedures. Abbie has a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals. When I first saw Abbie I was having pain in my right shoulder and neck. The pain level was high and I thought I would need rotator cuff surgery. But after only two sessions of massage therapy the pain was gone and it never came back. I decided to continue to get regular massage therapy for prevention and I am so glad I did. I believe it is better to spend money on regular massage therapy than sporadic appointments with a doctor. After 10+ years with Abbie I believe she is the best therapist on earth.
